An online session to help support your Mental Health and Wellbeing.
We have partnered with local Mind Charity, for some specialist mental health support in parenting additional needs children, and the impact it can have on our mental health. It will cover an introduction, what is stress, what is anxiety, coping strategies, distraction techniques and information about support services available and also a fun activity.
