We are hosting a series of workshops as response to the SEND Green Paper “Right Support, Right Place, Right Time”.
This Government green paper and information and proposals builds on the 2014 reforms.
We have arranged a series of workshops for week commencing 13th June – you can attend the one that is most relevant to you, or you can attend all of them. We will also be joined by members of the LA SEND Team and IASS support team.

Monday 13th June: 9.30-11.30am – Workshop will cover Early Years, Progress checks, Teacher/SENCO qualifications
Tuesday 14th June 12.30-2.30pm – Workshop will cover EHCP and assessments, development of tailored lists of settings, mediation and tribunal processes
Wednesday 15th June 9.30-11.30am – Workshop will cover Specialist support placements, Multi-Academy Trusts, Alternative provisions
Friday 17th June 9.30-11.30am – Workshop will cover Transition/Preparing for Adulthood, Careers Guidance proposals
